Melissa L. Bock, 26, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of fraudulent possession of a controlled substance, insurance fraud, forgery and identity theft, filed June 26 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General.
Adriann M. Cunningham, 48, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Feb. 24 by Penn Township police.
John T. Dogherty, 28, of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI, filed Aug. 11 by Middlesex Township police.
Robert K. Gurgiolo, 26, of Wexford waived to court charges of DUI, filed Aug. 11 by Middlesex Township police.
Tiquel A. Jones, 21, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was held for court on five counts of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, eight counts of possessing drug paraphernalia andcharges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 30 by state police.
Erin A. Lazor, 31, of Cabot pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 21 by state police. Lazor was ordered to pay $236 in fines and court costs.
Ryan A. Lazor, 25, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, filed July 17 by Middlesex Township police.
Erica Ann Lehman, 26, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, driving without a license and speeding, filed July 17by Middlesex Township police. Lehman was ordered to pay $469.50 in fines and court costs.
Tasha E. Lutz, 24, of Renfrew waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft, filed Sept. 24 by Penn Township police.
Walter R. Peugh, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed July 17 by Middlesex Township police.
Joshua E. Tahon, 28, of Tarentumpleaded guilty to a charge of possessingdrug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 25. Tahon was ordered to pay $433.50 in fines and court costs.
Christopher E. Vacco, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, causing an accident involving injury, driving with a suspended license and a lane violation, filed July 29by Middlesex Township police.
