The Seneca Valley Preschool is part of the Seneca Valley Senior High School Child Development program. Monitored and guided by the teaching staff, high school students study the growth and development of children from birth to age 5 and use this information to assist in planning and teaching age-appropriate preschool lessons.

Enrolling a child in the SV Preschool program will provide the enrollees with an opportunity to participate in hands-on learning experiences while working one-on-one with high school students. The program runs every week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from mid-October through mid-May.

Children must live in the district or have parents who work for Seneca Valley. Children must also be toilet trained and 3 years old on or before Sept. 1.

Enrollment forms can be found on the preschool website, www.svsd.net/preschool. Bring or send your completed forms along with a $20 nonrefundable deposit to the senior high school.
