SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Joshua M. Bacque, 23, of Sarver waived to court two counts of disorderly conduct, filed May 9 by Buffalo Township police.
Charles W. Bier, 59, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed June 4 by Buffalo Township police.
Travis J. Black, 37, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, waived to court five counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, and charges of conspiracy to commit theft and receiving stolen property, filed in five cases March 27 by state police.
Jason T. Brendlinger, 19, of Freeport was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed June 11 by Buffalo Township police.
Chad J. Dolan, 24, of Valencia waived to court four counts each of burglary and trespass, five counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, and charges of attempted burglary and possessing instruments of crime, filed July 7 by Middlesex Township police.
Clay A. Fritz, 23, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, waived to court two counts of disorderly conduct, filed May 13 by Buffalo Township police.
Chelsey R. Sample, 24, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, filed May 13 by Buffalo Township police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Tammy Codispot, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed July 5.Ashley R. Donaldson, 21, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving at an unsafe speed, filed May 13.Douglas H. Flick, 46, of Chicora waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and public drunkenness, filed May 13.Krispen Kriner, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and access device fraud, filed July 16.
