Elaine D. Hrtyanski, 78, of Cabot, formerly of Arona, Westmoreland County, died Friday in the Good Samaritan Hospice Unit, Cabot.

She was born Dec. 27, 1929, in Arona, daughter of Julius and Susan (Palicka) Hrtyanski.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the former Westinghouse Electric Corp. at its Trafford plant in the printing division.

She was a member of St. Mark's Luthern Church, Arona.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Darcia Hill.

Surviving are two brothers, William J. Hrtyanaki and his wife, Dorothy, of Greensburg and Edward P. Hrtyanski and his wife, Jo Ann, of West Newton; one niece; two nephews; and several grandnieces and grandnephews.

<B>HRTYANSK</B>I — There will be a private viewing for family members of Elaine D. Hrtyanskl, who died Friday, Oct. 10, 2008, at the <B>BEATTY-RlCH FUNERAL HOME, </B>Route 136, Madison, Westmoreland County. A service will follow with the Rev. Roger Keller officiating. Interment will follow in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park Cemetery, Hempfield Township.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice, 184 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
