Sunday — A burglar between 4 and 7:55 p.m. stole a Nintendo Wii console and a video game from a home in the 300 block of Liberty Street. The stolen property is valued at $250.2:48 a.m. Saturday — Someone used a brick to smash out a front door glass panel at the office of District Judge Pete Shaffer on West Cunningham Street.

12:30 p.m. Sunday — Kenneth C. Orloski Jr., 38, of Fenelton is accused of assaulting a 46-year-old woman during a domestic dispute at a Chicora-Fenelton Road home in Donegal Township. The woman, who police did not identify, suffered minor injuries. Orloski is charged with simple assault and harassment.1:29 a.m. Sunday — Brent Grenci, 30, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance after his car struck another car on New Castle Road near Target. Grenci also was cited for reckless driving, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road. Paul Roche, 61, of Butler was driving the other car.Saturday — A thief overnight stole a black, 2002 Corvette convertible from Butler Pre-Owned Auto Sales on Route 8 South. The car has black leather interior and a tan top. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-285-9600.4:30 p.m. Friday — Police cited five people for trespassing at the Wal-Mart in Butler Commons. Charged are Aaron Anzio, 27, Alfred Bell, 59, Carrie Meier, 26, and Tanni Milligan, 18, all of Butler, and Dawn Feeley, 24, of New Castle.4:15 p.m. Friday — Valetta Luich, 28, of Butler was arrested for shoplifting after she was seen allegedly hiding jewelry items at the Wal-Mart in Butler Commons. Luich was arraigned on a charge of retail theft, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $3,000 bail.

8:33 p.m. Friday — Sport utility vehicles driven by Gary L. Kummer, 64, of Evans City and Beth A. Gartner, 39, of Butler collided at Route 68 and Spithaler School Road in Forward Township. Kummer was cited for failing to yield.7:28 p.m. Friday — Cars driven by Michael A. Haggard, 17, and Eleanor R. Lloyd, 16, both of Butler, collided on Hendricks Road in Center Township. Haggard was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.4:43 p.m. Sunday — An unknown vehicle, possibly an older, dark-colored Ford Ranger pickup truck, struck a 2009 Chevrolet HHR on Fairmont Road in Fairview, and did not stop after the crash. James W. Vollrath, 68, of Fenelton was driving the Chevy.
