WARRENDALE — Beau Heakins and Noah Master each scored a pair of goals as the Mars hockey team routed South Fayette 10-2 at Bladerunners Tuesday night.

Mars led 3-0 after the first period and 8-2 after two periods.

The Planets out-shot South Fayette 49-9.

Slater Hanna, Craig Mazzotta, Owen Vasbinder, Kyle Thomas and Nicholas Makozy also scored for Mars.

Peters Township 5, Seneca Valley 2 — Spencer Schutte scored a pair of goals in the Raiders’ loss.

Tanner Pfeffer stopped 24 shots for Seneca Valley.

North Allegheny 4, Butler 0 — Logan Rothbauer recorded 32 saves, but the Golden Tornado were blanked.

Martin Hubert had a hat trick for North Allegheny.
