Sunday — Someone between 12:30 and 2:20 a.m. removed $500, speakers, a camera and CDs from a car parked along Davis Road in Oakland Township. The property belonged toChristopher Snow, 31, of Butler and William Kilgore III, 24, of Kittanning.10:45 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Curtsy McClure, 18, of Slippery Rock and a minivan driven by James Gibbons, 44, of Prospect collided at the intersection of Route 8 and Branchton Road in Slippery Rock Township. Police say McClure failed to yield at a stop sign. Neither driver suffered any injuries.9:30 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Stephanie Thompson, 27, of Lower Burrell went off the road and struck a utility pole on Green Manor Drive in Jefferson Township. She had minor injuries. She was cited for a traffic lane violation.7:55 p.m. Saturday — A girl's bicycle was found near 502 N. Main St., Chicora. The owner can claim it by calling police at 724-284-8100.2:30 a.m. Saturday — Cara Rea, 43, of Slippery Rock was stopped for a traffic violation and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol along Route 308 in Center Township.Thursday — Someone between Tuesday and Thursday cut out the catalytic converter from a vehicle on West Jefferson Road, Jefferson Township. The vehicle is owned by William Voight, 62, of Butler.Wednesday — Someone between 10:15 p.m. Wednesday and 4:30 a.m. Thursday broke a window at Davison's Restaurant, 352 N. Pike Road, Sarver, and removed a lockbox containing $876. The Restaurant is owned by Ellsworth Davidson, 68, of Saxonburg.July 4 — Someone between July 1 and July 4 removed scrap iron and steel from Campbell Road, one-half mile south of Route 138 in Concord Township. The property is owned by Richard Brandon, 55, of Slippery Rock.July 7 — Someone rolled several bails of hay through a corn field at 510 Hall Road, Clay Township. The field is owned by Jeffrey Grazier, 38, of Butler.
2:10 p.m. Saturday — A vehicle driven by Carol L. Moore, 60, of Uniontown, Ohio, left the road and struck several trees as she was traveling west on Interstate 80 near exit 24. She and a passenger, Clarence Moore, also of Uniontown, were taken to Grove City Medical Center with minor injuries. The pickup and a trailer she was hauling were a total loss.2:10 a.m. Saturday — Terry D. Wensel Jr. of Erie was arrested for driving under the influence along Route 258 in Liberty Township.Saturday — Someone between 9:30 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday damaged the rear storm door of the home of Pauline L. Briggs, Perry Highway, Springfield Township.Thursday — Someone between 6 and 10:30 p.m. entered Clem's Auto Center, 1084 Millbrook Road, Worth Township, and took a surveillance system, $100, nine catalytic converters and 14 car rims. The property, owned by Clem Messer, is valued at $2,224.
