Stanislous R. "Stanley" Bartnikowski, 71, of East Brady died Saturday at ACMH Hospital, Kittanning.

Born Dec. 9, 1934, in Natrona, he was the son of Peter and Angela Grabowski Bartnikowski.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Mr. Bartnikowski served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War, and he retired as a construction and ironworker at Allegheny Ludlum Steel, Brackenridge.

He was a member of St. Eusebius Roman Catholic Church, East Brady.

Surviving are his wife, Cynthia Cross Bartnikowski, whom he married Aug. 13, 2001; a daughter, Christina M. Fundy of Springdale, Allegheny County; a sister, Helen Dlubak of Natrona Heights, and a grandson, Lance Alan Meighan of Springdale.

Buechele Funeral Home, </B>105 Fourth St., East Brady.The funeral service will follow at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home with the Rev. William Kuba, his church pastor, officiating.
