Authorities report a suspected marijuana dealer is behind bars on charges stemming from three controlled drug buys — two of them in Cranberry Township.

Lisa A. Divittorio, 21, of Pittsburgh's Wilkinsburg neighborhood, was arrested Thursday by officers with the Pennsylvania Attorney's Office Bureau of Narcotics Investigation.

Her arrest followed an investigation that utilized a police informant, according to court documents, who arranged about one-quarter pound marijuana deals — each for $800 — with the defendant.

The last of the deals occurred Thursday at a restaurant on Route 19 in Cranberry Township, investigators said, where Divittorio sold 119 grams of marijuana.

On April 28, she allegedly sold 121.6 grams of marijuana at the same restaurant.

Documents said the third deal leading to Divittorio's arrest involved her selling 119.5 grams of marijuana on May 6 to the informant in a Wilkinsburg parking lot near her home.

Investigators executed a search warrant Thursday at the defendant's apartment, where they said they seized about 60 grams of suspected marijuana, four THC oil cartridges, and about $2,000 in currency.

District Judge Bill O'Donnell arraigned Divittorio on Friday on three felony counts each of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and criminal use of a communication facility.

Additionally, she was arraigned on four misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was placed in the Butler County Prison on $50,000 bail following arraignment.
