A Butler man is accused of hitting a woman with a vehicle while two other Butler men entered an apartment and assaulted another woman, according to Butler police.

Charges against the three were filed Monday, Sept. 7, after police were dispatched the previous night to Greenview Drive for reports of multiple people fighting and a man with a firearm leaving in a black Jeep.

According to police, officers pulled over the Jeep and found Sean Anthony Lewis, 18, Jaylin Rose Michalski, 21, Noah Daniel Wehunt, 19, all of Butler, another man and a juvenile.

Lewis was charged with felony aggravated assault by vehicle. Wehunt was charged with one felony count each of burglary and possession of a firearm while prohibited and two misdemeanor counts of simple assault. Michalski was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor simple assault.

Police spoke with two women at the scene.

One woman told police Michalski and Wehunt arrived at her residence and began banging on the door. The woman told police the two then entered her apartment without permission, according to an affidavit in the case.

Once inside, police said Michalski and Wehunt attacked the woman which caused dizziness, blurred vision, nausea and a lump on her forehead.

The other woman provided police with a video reportedly showing Lewis driving the Jeep into her, which caused her to fall and sustain injuries to her knee and arm.

Both women were taken to the hospital.

Police later found a black handgun in the trunk of the Jeep, which they allege belonged to Wehunt.

Wehunt and Lewis are being held in Butler County Prison.

Preliminary hearings for the three men have not yet been scheduled.
