9:39 p.m. July 21 — An SUV driven by Christine M. Petrarulo, 24, of Manalapan, N.J., struck a pedestrian, Margaret Kiser, 53, of Butler, at the intersection of Pillow Street and Hansen Avenue. Kiser was taken by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh with serious injuries.1:57 a.m. July 23 — Adam James Colligan, 24, of East Brady was charged with driving under the influence-highest rate of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving at an unsafe speed after the vehicle he was driving struck a utility pole along Pillow Street.

10:05 a.m. Thursday — Cynthia Fotta, 46, of Butler was charged with retail theft after she allegedly tried to steal items from Wal-Mart.Thursday — Billie Jo Henry, 34, of Butler was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property after she allegedly was caught stealing $98.50 worth of clothing from Wal-Mart.2:45 a.m. July 24 — Nicole Sutherland-Meyers, 35, and Jeannette Tilley, 40, both of Butler, each were charged with conspiracy and false reports to law enforcement after they allegedly called 911 to report a domestic dispute in which Tilley was struck by a male guest. Officers later determined no such event took place.

1:30 p.m. Friday — Someone stole a 1984 Honda ATC 200 three-wheeled ATV belonging to a 16-year-old Chicora boy while it was parked outside his home on Firehouse Cart Way in Chicora between 3:30 p.m. Thursday and 1:30 p.m. Friday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.1:49 a.m. Friday — A tractor-trailer driven by Timothy Perkins, 38, of Nashville, Tenn., and a pickup truck driven by Ezekiel R. Seivers, 28, of Volant collided on Interstate 79. Perkins was taken to Allegheny General Hospital with minor injuries and was cited for a traffic violation.1:34 a.m. Friday — Marcelle Irene Edwards, 39, of Chicora was charged with harassment and simple assault after she allegedly struck a Chicora man in the face in the presence of state police troopers at a residence on Cherry Road in Fairview Township.11 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Dominic A. Parenti, 21, of Forestville and a car driven by Francis E. Sydlik, 48, of Butler collided on Route 173 in Slippery Rock Township. Dominic Parenti's passenger, Lynn A. Parenti, 43, of Forestville, was not wearing a seat belt and suffered unknown injuries. Sydlik was taken by medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital.6:30 a.m. Thursday — Jeremiah P. Easterly, 26, of Amsterdam, N.Y., was charged with theft after he allegedly stole a medieval helmet valued at $3,000 and belonging to William M. Bulmer of Troy, N.Y., while Bulmer slept in his tent.4:30 a.m. Thursday — Someone stole a Magellan Maestro 4000 GPS belonging to Carl E. Switzer of Karns City and a Garmin Nuvi GPS belonging to Michael W. Pakutz of Karns City from their vehicles while both were parked in the 200 block of Main Hill Road between 11 p.m. Wednesday and 4:30 a.m. Thursday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.1:45 a.m. Thursday — Samuel Everitt Moore, 27, of Slippery Rock was charged with harassment and simple assault after he allegedly pushed a woman to the ground following a car crash on Route 8 near Kelly Road in Clay Township. The driver of the other vehicle was Teresa J. Guiste, 34, of Slippery Rock.9:13 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Jessie L. Mangone, 22, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, crashed into an embankment and rolled onto its roof along West Sarver Road in Clinton Township. Mangone and his passenger, Hayley J. Brown, 21, of Spring Hill, Fla., were not injured. Mangone was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.Wednesday — Someone used checking account information belonging to Ronald L. Como of Butler to buy music downloads and video games online between July 13 and Wednesday.9 a.m. Monday — Someone broke into the home at 246 N. Franklin St. in Prospect, stealing a small cedar chest and a .357 Luger revolver belonging to Nancy A. Moore of Prospect between 2 and 9 a.m. Monday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.2:05 a.m. July 23 — Adam Cousins, 21, of Chicora was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Hall Road near Claytonia Road in Clay Township.July 23 — Someone repeatedly stole perfume from Boscov's in Center Township between July 9 and July 23. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.State Police, Mercer8 p.m. Friday — Terry L. Reagle Jr., 38, of Franklin suffered a minor injury after the motorcycle he was riding struck a deer along Route 62 in Sandy Lake Township.
