CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Levan C. Adkins, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 21 charged him with harassment and criminal mischief.

Brian D. Stadnik, 38, of Surf City, N.C., waived his case to court. Police on March 20 charged him with simple assault and harassment.

Joshua Kaule, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 5 charged him with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness.

Frances Ann Radeshak, 34, of New Kensington waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 8 charged her with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and retail theft.

Yvonne Denise Harris, 27, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 5 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Amanda Marie Lollo, 21, of Rochester waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 11 charged her with retail theft.

Walter Breitenbach, 30, of Mount Oliver waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 4 charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

Jesse Ryan Golde Kimmel, 24, of New Kensington waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 29 charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Mathew V. Deiseroth, 41, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 9 charged him with retail theft.

David Lewis Thornburg, 54, of Erie waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 18 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Suzanne Gibson, 49, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 10 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Michael Walter Wolff, 27, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 25 charged him with recklessly endangering another person and driving under the influence of alcohol.

David J. Bilicic, 36, of Wexford waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 2 charged him with retail theft and theft by deception.

Christopher A. Horvath, 38, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 29 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Gregory Tsuris, 70, of Baden waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 11 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Erinn Leigh McKevitt, 42, of Rochester waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 25 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

James Walter Wehrheim, 24, of Mars waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 25 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
