BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Adam David Bowers, 22, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of corruption of minors and selling or furnishing liquor or brewed beverages to minors, filed June 12 by Butler Township police.

Angela Marie Finucan, 24, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the right side of the road, prohibition in specific places, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and disorderly conduct, filed July 16 by Butler Township police.

Derek Thor Guidos, 22, of Gibsonia pleaded guilty to charges of selling or furnishing alcohol to minors, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed July 23 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $1,345 in fines and court costs.

Michelle Lee Kaiser, 36, of Lyndora waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 12 by Butler Township police.

Brian K. Kendrick, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of endangering the welfare of children, driving under the influence, maximum speed limits, driving on roads laned for traffic and turning movements-required signals, filed July 6 by Butler Township police.

Raymundo Gonzalez Perez, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, maximum speed limits and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed June 26 by Butler Township police.

Ashley L. Remaley, 23, of Adrian, Pa., waived to court four counts of bad checks and four counts of theft by deception, filed July 23 by Butler Township police.

Martin Thomas Rummel, 41, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, maximum speed limits, driving on roads laned for traffic and driving on the right side of road, filed July 16 by Butler Township police.

Jody E. Scott, 35, of Sligo was held for court on charges of criminal mischief, overtaking vehicle on the left and careless driving, filed July 10 by Butler Township police.

Quay D. Steffan, 31, of Lyndora waived to court charges of criminal mischief, institutional vandalism, driving under the influence, driving while operating privileges are suspended, required registration and certificate of title, two counts of trespass by motor vehicle and operation of vehicle without an official certificate of inspection, filed July 20 by Butler Township police.

Joseph Troy Tirk, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed July 16 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $340 in fines and court costs.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Michael Shipley, 19, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged May 2 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, disregard of traffic lane and speeding.Benson L. Hoover, 30, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failure to stop at a red signal.Noland Edward Jenkins, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and failure to stop at a red signal.Gerald M. Kaelin, 36, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of a traffic control device and disregard of traffic lane.Jeff Ching Ueng, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with eight counts of forgery, 15 counts of identity theft and 16 counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Rock Joseph Springer IV, 26, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged March 22 by the Butler County detectives with two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.Michael Vincent Profeta, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and two counts each of failure to keep right and reckless driving.Jessica Lyn Coe, 23, of Evans City had her case held to court. She was charged July 20 by the Jackson Township police with disorderly conduct, failure of the confinement of dogs on premises and harboring a dangerous dog.Jeanne Bosco, 56, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged July 20 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane, failure to carry her license, failure to comply with license restrictions and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Raymond Caruso, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged July 20 by the Jackson Township police with selling/furnishing alcohol to minors.Thomas M. Fundy, 37, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 12 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
