Todd A. Gable Jr., 19, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of theft, filed Jan. 2.
Cody J. Grupp, 20, of Butler was held for court on charges of defiant trespass and criminal mischief, filed Nov. 19.
Kevin Koontz, 43, of Mars waived to court charges of simple assault and stalking, filed Nov. 25.
Simon J. Miller, 27, of Fenelton waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 13.
Tyler J. Prokay, 29, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, reckless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Dec. 27.
Kodi R. Rose, 20, of Parker waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and an open container violation, filed Nov. 8.
Megan L. Simpson, 22, of Sligo, Clarion County, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Nov. 22.
Meghan E. Snyder, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, theft by deception, conspiracy to commit all of those crimes, and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 9.
Justin W. Tirk, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Dec. 28.
Ryan S. Wade, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and harassment, filed Jan. 10.
