CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton heard the following cases on charges filed by the state police:

Timothy L. Gilliland, 51, of East Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, and failure to notify authorities of a change of name or address, filed Oct. 17.

David R. Malovich Jr., 20, of Butler waived to court a charge of criminal mischief, filed Oct. 31.

Jeffrey A. Fowler, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on road laned for traffic, careless driving and failure to immediately notify authorities of an accident, filed Oct. 8.

Joshua Kelly Keys, 32, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the right side of road, driving on road laned for traffic, careless driving and not using a seat belt, filed Sept. 20.
