CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Lindsay Brooke Gagliordi, 27, of New Castle had her case held to court. She was charged Dec. 22, 2006, by Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.

Stephen David Kowalski, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 by the state police with carrying a firearm without a license.

Jeffrey Alton Shelton, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 25 by Cranberry Township police with disorderly conduct, selling/furnishing liquor to minors and purchasing alcohol by a minor.

Jonathan Robert Dornetto, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 4 by Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Caleb John Hood, 20, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 4 by Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.

Jesse Alan Boles, 21, of Monaca, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 2 by Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Russelle Marie Johnson, 44, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged April 27 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and careless driving.

Matthew Murphy, 31, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged June 4 by Cranberry Township police with five counts of writing bad checks and theft by deception. He was also charged June 25 by Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.

Mark Alan Cozad, 50, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 4 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.

Thomas Evanuik, 30, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged April 25 by Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Clyde Corraccini, 49, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 by Cranberry Township police with harassment and simple assault.

Jaclyn Harrison, 29, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged July 20 by Cranberry Township police with two counts each of simple assault and harassment.

Rosemary A. Kupniewski, 52, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged June 27 by Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and defiant trespass.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Hill Francis Kingsley, 27, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged June 11 by the state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle without insurance, failure to yield right of way, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.David Camp, 18, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by Adams Township police with conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief and theft from a motor vehicle.Janice L. McKinney, 47, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged July 2 by Adams Township police with selling/furnishing alcohol to minors.Michael Todd McFarland, 41, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 7 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speeds, driving an unregistered vehicle and required financial responsibility for a tow vehicle.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Sarah Archer, 18, of Butler waived to court a charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 21.Joshua M. Bossinger, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed June 25.Bryan P. Brinker, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 11.Robin Cook, 42, of Eau Claire waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 6.Wendy Lou Devore, 22, of Evans City waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 12.Justin Fitzpatrick, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with an improper muffler and driving without working rear lights, filed June 21.Jerad R. Jewart, 20, of Chicora waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed May 31.John T. McFarland, 33, of Petrolia pleaded guilty to a charge of attempted theft, filed April 27. McFarland was ordered to pay $295 in fines and court costs.Paul Samek, 50, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, careless driving, failure to keep right, reckless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 13.David H. Tack Jr., 42, of Butler waived to court two counts each of receiving stolen property and retail theft, filed July 27.
