CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Marily W. Louviaux, 52, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 7, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, careless driving, giving false information to authorities and failure to immediately notify police of an accident/damage.
Eric J. Gorniak, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 26 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
James Ryan Nolan, 22, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 2 by the Cranberry Township police with five counts each of conspiracy to owning/operating/conducting a chop shop and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Jodi Lynn Steward-Correll, 46, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged March 28 by the Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.George Banovski III, 28, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 28 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.Dan Paul Treme, 31, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged April 11 by the Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, failing to obey duties at a stop sign and failure to use a seat belt.Robert G. Wagner, 30, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 22 by the Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.Roger Correll, 34, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged March 28 by the Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.Lana Claypole, 27, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged April 22 by the Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.Sherry Lynn Kelly, 47, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged April 11 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.John Nolan Wall, Jr., 51, of Wexford, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged April 3 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper right turn and disregard of traffic devices.James Joseph Costello, 30, of Greensboro, N.C., had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 10 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to commit theft by deception, conspiracy to commit burglary, burglary, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, forgery and receiving stolen property.
