SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock High School senior Bronwyn McCoy has been named a District 10, Region 5 Girls Basketball Tri-Player of the Year.

McCoy averaged 9.2 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game for the Rockets this season. Senior teammate Gianna Bedel joined her on the Region 5 first team.

Rocket seniors Ella McDermott and Katie Book made second team. Franklin’s Camdon Bashor and Grove City’s Delaney Callahan were the Tri-Players of the Year.
