Butler’s boys tennis team will enter section play Monday coming off a pair of wins this week.

Andrew Bocci and Clark Stanton won their singles matches Friday in a 3-2 victory over Kiski Area. Ben Busler and Wyatt Morgus also won at No. 2 doubles.

Doubles: Deagan Moore/Xavier Wertz-Raupp lose 3-6, 3-6; Ben Busler./Wyatt Morgan win 6-0, 6-3

Bocci and Collin Gahaan won at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, respectively, as the Golden Tornado blanked Gateway, 5-0, Wednesday in its season opener.

The Gators forfeited at No. 3 singles.

Butler hosts West Allegheny on Monday to begin section play.
