BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Jason D. Bieber, 31, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft of leased property, filed March 21 by township police.

Brandie D. Blystone, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed April 5 by township police.

Nicole E. Brown, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 18 by township police.

Kelley B. Crisp, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed April 21, by township police.

Carrie Cubbage, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit theft by deception and retail theft, filed March 25 by township police.

Lorena M. Dejesus, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Jan. 9 by township police.

Alan D. Fedokovitz, 47, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, alerting a license plate, careless driving and driving a vehicle without inspection, filed March 20 by township police.

Richard D. Fletcher, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed April 2 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

April D. Hemphill, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 18 by township police. Hemphill was ordered to pay $519 in fines and court costs.

Michael D. Lex, 27, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed March 19 by township police.

Bruce A. Locke, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest, fleeing or attempting to elude police, DUI, disorderly conduct, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, two counts each of illegal passing on the right and disobeying traffic signals, seven counts each of not stopping or yielding at stop/yield signs and reckless endangerment, a lane violation, failing to use turn signals, driving at an unsafe speed, speeding and careless driving, filed April 12 by township police.

Matthew J. Maravola, 42, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 10 by township police.

Krystal Anne Miller, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed March 25 by township police.

Christina M. Papania, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed April 16 by township police.

Kimberly A. Safranek, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, filed March 25 by township police.

Grant F. Snyder, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, driving without insurance, a lane violation, making an improper turn and careless driving, filed Feb. 25 by state police.

Jeffrey S. Snyder, 51, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a stop sign violation, filed March 27 by township police.

Shane M. Snyder, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, attempted fraudulent acquisition of a controlled substance and insurance fraud, filed April 15 by township police.

Heather R. Thornton, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, filed March 25 by township police.

Timothy Tubridy, 35, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI, failing to yield the right of way, a lane violation, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 7 by state police.

Cynthia O. Warner, 49, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 25 by township police. Warner was ordered to pay $459 in fines and court costs.

Kashmir M. Wissinger, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of delivering a controlled substance, two counts of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possessing a controlled substance, and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 2 in two separate complaints by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Zachary R. Caledonia, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking, driving with a suspended license, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 19.

Levi P. Grafton, 19, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI, hit-and-run, underage drinking, driving at an unsafe speed, failing to stop and give information or render aid after an accident, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 1.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Danielle Kelly, 26, of Bruin pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 31. Kelly was ordered to pay $195.50 in fines and court costs.Lisa M. Myers, 33, of Bruin pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 31. Myers was ordered to pay $195.50 in fines and court costs.

Kress, 61, of Valencia waived to court charges of possession and manufacturing of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, filed March 18 by Middlesex Township police.Timothy Lee Worsen, 48, of Sarver was held for court on charges of altered or illegally obtained property, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed March 22 by state police.Randolph Grayson Bell, 37, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, filed March 22 by Middlesex Township police.Ronda F. Murphy, 41, of Apollo waived to court one charge of a bad check, filed March 20 by Glassmere Fuel Service.Steven Mathew Beres, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia, filed April 22 by Middlesex Township police.Timothy Lee Worsen, 48, of Sarver was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats, filed March 25 by Buffalo Township police.Jennifer Y.
