POLICE REPORTS

These items have been collected from various police departments:

4:36 p.m. Thursday — A vehicle driven by Alison Zavacky, 24, of Butler and a vehicle driven by Dolores Hageman, 61, of Butler collided at the intersection of North Main and West Pearl streets. Zavacky was cited for a stop sign violation.1:52 a.m. Monday — Robert L. Fajerski, 41, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence-incapable of safe driving, driving under the influence-highest rate of alcohol and a stop sign violation following a traffic stop on South Chestnut Street. A breath test showed his blood alcohol level at 0.169 percent. A person is legally drunk at 0.08 percent.

Wednesday — Police are investigating the theft of various items, including a Honda 3,000 watt generator, from a PennDOT construction site along Dinnerbell Road in Jefferson Township that occurred between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday. The other items reported stolen are two Dewalt battery chargers and batteries, 10-inch Milwaukee compound miter saw, Hilti hammer drill and multiple drill bits, two power heads for concrete vibrators and an extension cord.Wednesday — Dennis Whalen of Connoquenessing Township reported a burglary in which a $250 PlayStation III was stolen from his residence at 347 Woodlands Road sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday.

6:17 p.m. Thursday — An SUV driven by Forrest Pendel, 19, of Grove City hit a tree along Reese Road in Washington Township. He received minor injuries.

9:40 p.m. Wednesday — An SUV driven by Alan Heller, 40, of Franklin hit a bear on Clintonville Road in Clinton Township.
