Kenneth Griffiths

Kenneth Griffiths of Stirling Village in Butler will celebrate his 90th birthday at a dinner with family and friends at Michael’s Restaurant in Butler.

Griffiths was born Sept. 9, 1925, in Kaylor. He married the former June Day on June 15, 1946.

He has one daughter, Sandra Swank of Butler.

A veteran of World War II, he served with the U.S. Army as a medic. Griffiths retired from Witco Chemical (Sonneborn) after working for 44 years. He exercises daily and enjoys bowling.

Griffiths is a 61-year member of the Butler Gideons International and Chicora American Legion.

He attends Whitestown Road Baptist Church.
