District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

John Douglas Kerchner, 56, of Mars waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 22 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Terrance S. Dixon, 52, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 28 charged him with retail theft.

Michael Isier Segulla, 33, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 28 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Christopher David Pehr, 23, of Apollo waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 2 charged him with forgery, access device fraud and receiving stolen property.

Kevin Harris, 29, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on July 27 charged him with access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Nathan Samuel Schirra, 27, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 2 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Matthew William Wagner, 30, of Monroeville waived his case to court. Police on April 20 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Emma Jo Eberhardt, 19, of Harmony waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 7 charged her with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brooke K. Pickard, 22, of Seven Fields waived her case to court. Police on Sept. 15 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Erin Hawk, 27, of Ambridge waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 22 charged her with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Donald Nath Jr., 63, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 17 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

John Ignatius Kaminski Jr., 44, of Gibsonia had his case held to court. Police on Sept. 19 charged him with forgery, identity theft, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and tampering with evidence.

District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Raymond Edward Hebrank, 60, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. State police on July 30 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving and possession of marijuana.Paul Ray Werner, 62, of Butler waived his case to court. State police on Sept. 25 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.James Robert Conklin, 18, of Valencia waived his case to court. Mars police on Oct. 4 charged him with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass and possession of a controlled substance.Kirstina McGrade-Guilfoyle, no age given, of Valencia waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Sept. 13 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.Ryan Thomas Napierkowski, 22, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Sept. 13 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Paul William Benson, 21, of Harmony waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Oct. 29 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, corruption of minors, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license.Joshua Andrew McCaslin, 23, of Renfrew waived his case to court. State police on Oct. 30 charged him with endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and driving a vehicle with suspended registration.Denell Marie Penn, 28, of Washington waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Sept. 22 charged her with theft by unlawful taking.
