Douglas C. Fudoli, 49, of Butler Township was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possession of a small amount of marijuana stemming from an Oct. 12 incident in the back of 142 S. Main St. in Butler. His first name was incorrect in a police item published Monday.
