The Zelienople Rotary Club is requesting donations of household, yard and other saleable items for its upcoming yard sale to benefit its projects at Zelienople Community Park.

The annual Rotary Yard Sale will be from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 18 at the park.

Those who would like to donate to the sale are asked to drop off gently used items in the Rotary PMF Storage Unit at the park on East Beaver Street.

The club asks those interested to refrain from donating old tube TVs, VHS tapes, tires, adult clothing, mattresses, box springs or bed frames.

Residents also can call 724-816-6410 to ask Rotary members to pick up items.

Funds raised in the sale will go to the Zelienople Rotary Club and its mission to support the community park through the purchase of playground equipment, the upkeep of pavilions and other volunteer work projects.
