BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Christopher J. Banister, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief, filed Feb. 20 by Butler Township police.

Tricia L. Christy, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and harassment, filed March 12 by Butler Township police.

Bradley S. Cramer, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy, trespass, receiving stolen property, corruption of minors, burglary and theft, filed March 26 by

Butler Township police.

Garry L. Funk, 50, of Erie waived to court charges of forgery, access device fraud and receiving stolen property, filed May 22 by Butler Township police.

Timothy A. Guard, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Feb. 16 by Butler Township police.

Kyle Hasychak, 18, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing a weapon of mass destruction, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a prohibited offensive weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 26 by Butler Township police.

Rae L. Holderman, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 26 by Butler Township police. Holderman was ordered to pay $745 in fines and court costs.

Richard L. Kibe, 25, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, illegally approaching another vehicle and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 5 by state police.

James M. Lauricia, 24, of Emlenton pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 26 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $745 in fines and court costs.

Matthew Litzinger, 23, of Altoona, Blair County, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed March 2 by Butler Township police.

Jeffrey Nadiak, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 26 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $440 in fines and court costs.

James T. O'Rourke Jr., 37, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and an open container violation, filed Feb. 28 by state police.

Kenneth L. Purvis Jr., 39, of Butler waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 9 by Butler Township police.

Travis Sacco, 19, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 26 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $545 in fines and court costs.

John B. Stanley Jr., 43, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, illegal acquisition of a controlled substance, possession of an instrument of a crime, access device fraud, identity theft, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed March 8 by Butler Township police.

Daniel P. Sybert, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of conspiracy, trespass, receiving stolen property, corruption of minors, burglary and theft, filed March 26 by Butler Township police.
