Brody J. Bixler, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, hit-and-run and reckless driving, filed March 17 by township police.
Deborah J. Bush, 60, of Prospect waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 31 by township police. Bush in a separate case filed April 2 by township police, waived to court a charge of retail theft.
Blake W. Butler, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution and two counts of permitting violation of title, filed March 17 by township police.
Nicholas A. Cook, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 1 by township police.
Jonathan B. Cross, 62, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed March 11 by township police.
Tyler S. Dunbar, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving, filed March 21 by state police.
Joshua K. Glenn, 22, of Chicora pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness, filed Feb. 25 by township police. Glenn was ordered to pay $621.50 in fines and court costs.
Lena R. Guidotti, 40, of Colver, Cambria County, waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness, filed March 12 by township police.
Jennifer D. Gulu, 35, of East Butler pleaded guilty to charges of theft by deception and retail theft, filed March 6 by township police. Gulu was ordered to pay $584.47 in fines and court costs.
Corey Lee Haefner-Bittel, 37, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 17 by township police. Haefner-Bittel was ordered to pay $671.50 in fines and court costs.
Louis H. Hall, 48, of East Brady, Clarion County, was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, not using turn signals, careless driving, not carrying a vehicle registration card and a seat belt violation, filed June 28 by state police.
Robert L. Jenkins, 57, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and a stop sign violation, filed March 12 by township police.
Bret W. Kemper, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed March 11 by township police.
Mose A. Lane, 52, of Butler was held for court on eight counts of failing to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements, filed Feb. 13 by state police.
Joseph P. Libecco, 22, of East Brady pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving with revoked registration and driving without insurance, filed March 19 by state police. Libecco was ordered to pay $1,153.50 in fines and court costs.
Patrick A. Martin Jr., 68, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, was held for court on a charge of stalking, filed Feb. 10 by township police
Amanda M. O'Neill, 30, of Butler waived to court two counts of retail theft, filed in separate cases March 21 by township police.
Frances J. Raab, 61, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy, to commit retail theft, possessing instruments of crime and criminal mischief, filed March 17 by township police.
Paul R. Raab, 60, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy, to commit retail theft, possessing instruments of crime and criminal mischief, filed March 17 by township police.
Kathy Jo Rensel, 51, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 5 by township police.
Christine L. Seman, 37, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 24 by township police.
Andrew M. Slywczuk, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, false identification to law enforcement authorities, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and littering, filed March 17 by township police.
Gregory A. Smith Jr., 35, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 5 by township police.
Thomas S. Smith, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 10 by township police. Smith was ordered to pay $259.50 in fines and court costs.
Jennifer R. Thims, 24, of Hagerstown, Md., waived to court charges of forgery, attempted fraudulent acquisition of a controlled substance, possessing an instrument of crime, attempted possession of a controlled substance and two counts of identity theft, filed April 24 by township police.
