SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty on Monday heard these cases:

Brian Beilstein, 19, of Jefferson Township pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 24 by Penn Township police.

Ashley Donald, 20, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license, filed June 22 by Penn Township police. She was ordered to pay $389 in fines and court costs.

Emilee Huston, 19, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 18 by Saxonburg police.

Jonathan Krelko, 23, of Penn Township waived to court two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 27 by Penn Township police.

Arthur Pillart, 25, of Summit Township waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 27 by Penn Township police.

Kenneth Simon, 43, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed May 21 by state police.

William Will, 49, of Allison Park waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed June 30 by Saxonburg police.

Meanwhile, Haggerty, filling in for District Judge Lewis Stoughton at his Chicora office, Tuesday also heard these cases filed by state police:

James Anderson, 43, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep to the right and careless driving, filed June 12.

James Butler Jr., 30, of Rural Valley, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of DUI, driving without a license and under suspension, a lane violation, and careless driving, filed May 1.

Gary Fallecker, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 5.

Elmer Fink, 51, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of DUIand public drunkenness, filed May 4.

Philip King, 22, of East Brady, Clarion County, waived to court charges of DUI and a vehicle light violation, filed June 6.

Garrett Mauthe, 30, of Bruin waived to court two counts each of simple assault, reckless endangerment harassment, as well as criminal mischief.

Hilleary Parkinson, 27, of Chicora waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, filed June 12.

David Roadarmel, 45, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, open lewdness, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, and a lane violation, filed May 31.

Thomas Rodgers, 39, of Butler waived to court two counts of access device fraud, filed Monday.

Joseph Wiles, 37, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, illegal use of high beams, and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 15.

Ruth Ann Wroblewski, 49, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed March 15.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell on Thursday heard these cases:Amie Jo Capilongo, 33, of Bridgeville, Allegheny County pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Thursday by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $430 in fines and court costs.Leon Cox Jr., 47, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sunday by Butler Township police.Ricki Lee Double, 22, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 3 by the Butler County Detectives Bureau. She was ordered to pay $643.50 in fines and court costs.Genevieve Kilroy, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Monday by the Butler County Detectives Bureau.Charles McDowell, 23, Edenberg, Cambria County pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed July 10 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $425 in fines and court costs.Heather McElravy, 25, of Kittanning waived to court charges of access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 9 by Butler Township policeJeremy Rockmaker, 23, of Indiana, Pa., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed July 6 by state police. He was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and court costs.Cynthia Ann Somogy, 29, of Lyndora waived to court a charge of access device fraud filed July 6 by Butler Township police.
