Navy veteran David Curran salutes the flag as taps is played during the Veterans Day Parade on Main Street Monday. David Curran has a son who served in the Coast Guard and a daughter who served in the Navy. Another son, Sgt. Carl Curran II, was killed in action in Iraq in 2004. A bridge in East Brady was named for Carl Curran II in 2007.
