Geraldine and James Charles

James and Geraldine Charles of Mars celebrated 65 years of marriage.

Charles married the former Geraldine Collins on June 6, 1951, at Franklin Baptist Church in Franklin Park.

They have four children, Deborah Dukes of Mars, James Charles Jr. of Hadley, Rebecca Kincaid of Steubenville, Ohio, and Patricia Berk of Zelienople.

They also have seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Charles is a retired mechanic.

Mrs. Charles is a retired activities director.

The Charleses are members of Old Union Presbyterian Church.
