Gertrude Klingensmith

Gertrude Klingensmith of Butler is celebrating her 95th birthday.

The former Gertrude Janicka was born July 5, 1921, in Pittsburgh. She married the late Jack W. Klingensmith.

She has four children, Patricia Nikolauyk, Jeanette Hartos, Sandra Missroon and Jack B. Klingensmith, all of Butler.

She also has eight grandchildren.

Mrs. Klingensmith was employed by VA Butler Healthcare. She worked in real estate and she was the owner of the Homestead Restaurant.

She is a member of Meridian United Presbyterian Church.
