SLIPPERY ROCK — Planning for Slippery Rock's summer lunch program is beginning. The program is sponsored by Feed My Sheep food pantry and supported by local churches, community organizations and businesses.

It provides lunches to children within the Slippery Rock School District from Mondays through Fridays each week during summer vacation. Aimed particularly at students who receive free or reduced-price meals at school, anyone 18 or younger can participate.
