McMurray, Malsch

Jessica McMurray of Evans City and Chad Malsch of Pittsburgh were united in marriage at 2 p.m. July 31 at St. Ferdinand Roman Catholic Church, Cranberry Township. The Rev. Gary Krummert officiated. The couple greeted guests during a reception at the Marriott in Cranberry Township.

The bride is the daughter of Ron and Marianne McMurray of Evans City. Parents of the bridegroom are John and Susan Malsch of Cranberry Township.

The honor attendant was Hope Stefan of Pittsburgh. Bridesmaids were Danielle Poulos of Evans City; Lisa Malsch and Stacy Kennedy, both of Pittsburgh; Amber Sambroak of Bellevue; Alyson Thorton of Boston; and Mary Koska of Portland, Ore.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was John Malsch of Pittsburgh. Ushers were Michael Beres of Evans City; Jeffrey Rudolf of Baltimore; Joseph Golubski of Avalon; Scott Emery of Orlando, Fla.; and Marshall Carey of Pittsburgh. The ring bearers were Kyle Carozzi of Scranton and Joey Franz of Pittsburgh.

The bride graduated in 1997 from Seneca Valley High School and in 2001 from Penn State University. She is a middle school teacher in the Fox Chapel School District.

The bridegroom graduated in 1994 from Seneca Valley High School, in 1998 from Bethany College and in 2002 from Robert Morris University, earning a master's in business administration. He works as a business consultant for Washtenaw Mortgage.

The couple is living in Pittsburgh after honeymooning in Maui, Hawaii.
