Pakutz, Bryer

Kerri Pakutz of Butler and James Bryer Jr. of Munhall exchanged wedding vows at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 13 at the North Street Christian Church in Butler. The Rev. Jeff Miller officiated. A reception was held at the Hampton Banquet Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Stanley and Connie Pakutz of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are James Sr. and Annette Bryer of East McKeesport.

The maid of honor was Katrina Gavriloff of Herndon, Va. Bridesmaids were Victoria Malczak of Zelienople, Rebecca Marcej of Delmont, and Kristina Barger, Amanda Hood, Cathy Whitling and Stefanie Reed, all of Butler. The flower girl was Katie Douglas of Hempfield.

The best man was Bill Douglas of Hempfield. Ushers were Kris Baker of Wyoming, Pa.; Kevin Marcej of Delmont; Jeff Bryer of Salisbury, Md.; Joe Ulakovic and Chris Ungvarski, both of North Versailles and Doug Pavkovich of Beaver Falls. The ring bearer was Bobby Grasso of Lake Ridge, Va.

The bride graduated in 1996 from Butler High School, in 2000 from Penn State University and in 2003 from Slippery Rock University. She works as a substitute teacher in Pittsburgh and also at Home Depot.

The bridegroom graduated in 1991 from East Allegheny High School. He works for Vitran in Irwin.

After honeymooning in the Pocono's, the couple is living in Munhall.
