Satterwhite, Haunty
Kristina Satterwhite and Christopher Haunty, both of Clarksburg, W.Va., were united in marriage at noon Sept. 4 in a ceremony held along the Tygart River in Arden, W.Va. The Rev. Eleanor Posey officiated. A reception followed at the Shamrock Lounge.
The bride is the daughter of D.R. Satterwhite of Birmingham, Ala. Parents of the bridegroom are David and Kathy Haunty of Butler and David and Jane Bryson of Scottdale.
The honor attendant was Katie Sue Wetzel of Webster Springs, W.Va. Bridesmaids included Megan Haunty of Butler and Kim Posey of Bridgeport, W.Va. The flower girl was McKenzie Boord of Clarksburg.
Serving the bridegroom as best man was Ronald Dye of Clarksburg. Ushers included Trevor Bryson of Scottdale and George Posey of Bridgeport. The ring bearer was Nicholas Boord of Clarksburg.
The bride graduated in 1995 from Battery Creek High School and is currently a student at Fairmont State University. She works at the Carapan and Urban Spa.
The groom is a 1997 graduate of Butler High School. He works for Davis Drywall in Bridgeport.
Following a honeymoon trip to Audra, W.Va., the couple is making their home in Clarksburg.
