Lindsay Speidel and Matthew Martin, both of Butler were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. June 11 at Gospel Fellowship PCA Church in Valencia. The Rev. Nick Protos officiated. A reception followed at the Four Points Sheraton.

The bride is the daughter of William III and Barbara Speidel of Butler. Mother of the bridegroom is Mary Martin of Butler.

The matrons of honor were Julie Dutko and Shannon Thomas, both of Butler. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Downey of New Freedom and Breigh Speidel, Tanya Schur and MacKenzie Houk, all of Butler. The flower girls were Hannah Roth and Lydia Roth, both of Butler.

Performing the duties of best men were Daniel Martin of Butler and Devin Martin of Shreveport, La. Ushers were Brian Kaufold of Toledo, Ohio, and David Korn, Will Speidel and Michael Kraynik, all of Butler. The ring bearers were Gage Martin and Jonathan Martin, both of Butler.

The bride graduated in 1996 from Butler High School and in 2001 from Messiah College. She works for the Butler School District.

The bridegroom graduated in 1997 from BHS and in 2001 from Westminster College. He works for the Seneca Valley School District.

Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya in Mexico, the couple is living in Butler.
