Richey

William K. Richey, 77, of Butler died Saturday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born Feb. 28, 1931, in West View, the son of the late William Alvin Richey and the late Daisy (Bartlett) Richey.

William enjoyed horseback riding, fishing, hunting and woodworking.

He worked for the Sheet Metal Workers Local 12 before retiring. He was a member of the Air National Guard.

Surviving are his wife, Annette (Holl) Richey, who he married June 16, 1956; two daughters, Kim and her husband, Chris Crawley, of New Castle and Kathy and her husband, Michael Boots, of New Castle; a son, Bill Richey and his wife, Laura, of Butler; five grandchildren; and his six dogs.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and two brothers.
