HERSHEY — West Virginia recruit Sagaba Konate popped a double-double — 17 points and 22 rebounds — and Jason Austin finished with 16 as Kennedy Catholic downed Math, Civics & Sciences, 71-60, in the PIAA Class A boys’ championship game.

Cumberland Valley 57, Cardinal O’Hara 34 — Villanova signee Kelly Jekot bucketed 28 points — including 21 in the opening half — as Cumberland Valley snagged its third PIAA Class AAAA girls’ championship in as many years. The Eagles also won a Class AAAA title in 2002.

Neumann-Goretti 65, North Star 28 — Popping four players into double figures and grabbing command early, Neumann-Goretti drilled North Star in the PIAA Class AA girls’ final. It was the second straight state championship for the Saints (29-1).
