Butler’s freshman boys basketball team won the North Allegheny Christmas Tournament recently.

Eric Hindman scored 11 points as the Golden Tornado (5-1) defeated Hickory, 42-22, in the title game.

Nick Patten scored 17 points, Hindman 12 and Justice Lewandowski 11 as Butler defeated North Catholic, 50-27, in the semifinals.
