CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Matthew G. Hibbard, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed July 27.
Marshall W. Karenbauer, 36, of Chicora waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed July 1.
Jack L. Nulph, 58, of Connoquenessing waived to court 18 counts each of aggravated indecent assault, nine counts of indecent assault of a person under 13 years old and six counts of corruption of minors, filed July 22.
Zacharri W. Rennick, 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed Sept. 1.
Joseph E. Saler, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 7.
Thomas L. Shuler, 28, of Cabot pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 16. Shuler was ordered to pay $670.50 in fines and court costs.
John M. Yauger, 19, of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed July 14.
