SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Scott Crawford, 34, of East Brady, Clarion County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, flied Dec. 4 by Buffalo Township police.
Nikolas Gaillot, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 22 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $275 in fines and court costs.
Paul Huffaker, 35, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was held for court on charges of driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, registration, inspection or insurance, driving without lights, and altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates, filed Dec. 11 by Buffalo Township police.
Ralph Kendall, 37, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving on the wrong side of the road, reckless driving and false reports to law enforcement authorities, filed Dec. 4 by Buffalo Township police.
Justin Kovatch, 18, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking, driving with no headlights on, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 28 by state police.
Nicholas Lawrence, 24, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, pleased guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 11 by Buffalo Township police.
Brian Pastoria, 24, of Freeport pleaded guilty to a charge of driving with a suspended license, his third such conviction, filed Dec. 4 by Buffalo Township. He was ordered to pay $1,138 in fines and court costs.
Kevin Smith, 45, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, failure to yield and careless driving, filed Aug. 7 by state police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Glenn Bartmas, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and driving without rear light on, filed Dec. 7.Kenneth Bracken, 40, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving without a license, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Jan. 3.Jeffery Chapman, 19, of West Sunbury was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, field Dec. 7.Bruce Dritleff Jr., 29, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding and careless driving, filed Dec. 18.Jason Eppinger, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 19.Robert Grubbs, 25, waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding, careless driving and failure to keep left, filed July 10.David James Meals, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault, filed Aug. 30. He was ordered to pay $516.63 in fines and court costs.William Scott Meals, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault, filed Aug. 30. He was ordered to pay $443.50 in fines and court costs.Douglas Pennington, 28, of Parker waved to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Jan. 3.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Dennis James Vasil, 37, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Amanda Arnold, 23, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.Christopher Lee Cline, 24, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft.William David Makutu, 52, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 17 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Jason R. LeFebvre, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Oct. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey turning movements and required signals. He was also charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of a traffic control device, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle and failing to drive at safe speeds.Shane McQuay Kramer, 25, of Grove City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 27 by the state police with giving false identification to law enforcement officers and driving with a suspended license.
