Dinnerbell Road closes for rail work
JEFFERSON TWP — Dinnerbell Road will close for work at the railroad trestle near Victory Road.
The state Department of Transportation announced Thursday that the section of road between Victory and Frazier roads will shut down between July 9 and 11.
Crews will make repairs to the overhead trestle, known as the Frazier Mill Bridge, which carries a railway over Dinnerbell Road.
The repairs will be completed by the Canadian National Railway.
The detour between Route 8 and Saxonburg will be Route 8 south to Route 228 east in Middlesex Township to Saxonburg Boulevard, which becomes Pittsburgh Street in Saxonburg.
