BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
Nicole L. Buzzelli, 35, of Cabot waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 8 by township police.
Stephen L. Cox, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of escape, resisting arrest, simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance and reckless driving, filed Feb. 20 by township police.
Cox, in an unrelated complaint state police filed July 23, 2012, waived charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and possession of a controlled substance.
Kyle Fradenburgh, 58, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed April 18 by the Butler County Sheriff's Office.
David L. Herold, 27, of Eau Claire waived to court two counts each of theft and possessing a controlled substance, filed in two separate complaints April 4 by township police.
Lee R. Hockenberry, 44, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 2 by Butler police. Hockenberry was ordered to pay $752 in fines and court costs.
Dillon S. Mayberry, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 25 by township police. Mayberry was ordered to pay $459 in fines and court costs.
Christopher J. Nunez, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, driving without valid inspection and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed March 19 by township police.
Randy J. Rausch Jr., 35, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 29 by township police.
Angela L. Schlagel, 36, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 15 by township police. In an unrelated complaint filed April 19 by township police, Schlagel waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy.
Brittany M. Smith, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft, filed April 11 by township police
Jeremy R. Yenick, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and underage drinking, filed April 19 by township police.
