EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Sheila M. Weatherly, 32, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Nov. 4 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Cheryl Rae Vinski, 43, of Zelienople waived her case to court. Evans City police on Dec. 26 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Donald Joseph Rhodaberger, 59, of Butler waived his case to court. The state police on Jan. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance and careless driving.

Jason Elliot Matthews, 25, of Evans City had his case held to court. The state police on Oct. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Jennifer Lynn Charles, 41, of Mars waived her case to court. Zelienople police on Dec. 21 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Barry Lee Laube, 43, of Zelienople had his case held to court. The state police on Aug. 20 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Heather Diane Fink, 31, of Chicora waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Jan. 28 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Christopher Lee Bole, 47, of Butler waived his case to court. The state police on June 18 charged him with harassment.

Laurie Hecht, 46, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Jan. 15 charged her with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Jeffrey Lee Geiger, 40, of Harmony waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Jan. 27 charged him with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Ryan Christopher Gold, 21, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Jan. 28 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Stephanee Anne Feltmate, 28, of Butler waived her case to court. Lancaster Township police on Dec. 6 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.

Joan Adrianne Nist, 38, of Harmony waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on Dec. 26 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elliot Jerrard Mullen, 34, of Carnegie waived his case to court. Zelienople police on Jan. 28 charged him with robbery, conspiracy, simple assault and receiving stolen property.

Marquita Jey Mullen, 30, of Carnegie waived her case to court. Zelienople police on Jan. 28 charged her with robbery, conspiracy, criminal mischief, driving with a suspended license and receiving stolen property.

Michael J. Bobbish Jr., 43, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on May 21 charged him with aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Dave Carson, no age given, of Struthers, Ohio, waived his case to court. Police on Jan. 14 charged him with writing bad checks.

Mason Fronius, 18, of Connellsville waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 8 charged him with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.
