BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Louis A. Bennetti, 37, of Butler waived to court two counts of failing to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements, filed Dec. 9 by state police.

William C. Cavanaugh Sr., 38, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 5 by township police. Cavanaugh was ordered to pay $470.50 in fines and court costs.

Lois Daniels, 20, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 15 by township police.

Jessie Dick, 34, of Prospect was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 12 by township police.

Christopher J. Hicks, 22, of Fredonia, Mercer County, was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Oct. 28 by township police.

Craig Kovacic, 25, of Cranberry Township pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and retail theft, filed Oct. 10 by township police. Kovacic was ordered to pay $720.50 in fines and court costs.

Jesse E. Redmond, 77, of Harrisville waived to court a charge of failing to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements, filed Nov. 14 by state police.

Steven D. Saeler, 35, of Butler waived to court a felony count of retail theft, filed Nov. 25 by township police. Saeler, in a separate case filed Dec. 2 by township police, waived a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia.

James Walborn, 33, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 12 by township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by state police:Benjamin W. Bachinsky, 24, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 29. Bachinsky was ordered to pay $570.50 in fines and courts.David A. Lambert, 38, of Forestville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 21.Ethan J. Vigna, 20, of Schenley, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, careless driving, reckless driving, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and driving without headlights, filed Oct. 19.
