District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Brandon Michael Mayer, 20, of Dunlop, Ill., had his case held to court. Jackson Township police on Aug. 27 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Daniel Ray Watson, 43, of Harmony had his case held to court. Lancaster Township police on Aug. 26 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Kyle Evan Hurden, 23, of Upper Strasburg waived his case to court. The state police on May 30 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Christopher James Cypher, 20, of Evans City waived his case to court. Evans City police on Aug. 26 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance, careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christina Marie Papania, 30, of Butler waived her case to court. The state police on Aug. 22 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Joshua Lee Hosey, 22, of Rimersburg waived his case to court. Evans City police on Oct. 26 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Doreen Louise Bujak, 50, of Slippery Rock waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on Sept. 27 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joy A. Wagner, 57, of Valencia waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Aug. 26 charged her with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession with the intent to deliver drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Vasilich, 20, of Port Vue waived his case to court. The state police on Sept. 29 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Andrew Laine Ebel, 18, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Oct. 22 charged him with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Anthony Miguel Ferrigno, 19, of Evans City waived his case to court. Callery police on Oct. 2 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Dean Thomas Nesbitt, 33, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Zelienople police on Oct. 7 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Deatrice Alexandria James, 21, of Braddock waived her case to court. Zelienople police on Oct. 3 charged her with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Kayla Michelle Slagle, 20, of Callery waived her case to court. Callery police on Sept. 16 charged her with theft by unlawful taking, simple assault and harassment.

Waylon Eidenmiller, 38, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on May 2 charged him with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, recklessly endangering another person, driving with a suspended license, trespass by motor vehicle, careless driving and recklessly driving.

Steven Craig, 44, of Baden had his case held to court. The attorney general's office on Aug. 22 charged him with making a fraudulent insurance claim and theft by deception.

Jonathan Joseph Gray, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Aug. 19 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Joan Lisa Baker, 52, of Harmony waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on Oct. 1 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Shane Ryan Malone, 28, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. Zelienople police on Oct. 1 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Mario A. Perrotte, 20, of Freeport waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Sept. 5 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Alexandra Corinne Misenhelter 19, of Gibsonia waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Oct. 25 charged her with aggravated assault, simple assault, purchasing alcohol as a minor, driving under the influence of alcohol and harassment.

Keifer Graham Beaudry, 23, of Evans City waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Oct. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

William A. Johnston, 65, of Butler waived his case to court. Adams Township police on April 29 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection or financial responsibility and driving with a suspended license.

Matthew Timothy Dambrosio, 45, of New Brighton waived his case to court. Zelienople police on July 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Jacob C. Fowler, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief, filed Sept. 25 by state police.Coalton J. Lucas, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and speeding, filed May 21 by Harrisville police.Brayden T. McCorry, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Sept. 15 by state police.Robert J. McLaughlin, 23, was held for court on charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license, filed Oct. 27 by Slippery Rock University police.Nicholas J. Taylor, 26, of Morrisdale, Clearfield County, waived to court charges of DUI, reckless endangerment, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and reckless driving filed Sept. 13 by state police.Samantha N. Tirk, 22, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court two counts each of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, filed in two cases Oct. 28 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.Christopher S. Walker, 22, of Prospect waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 20 by state police.
