Defense shines as Mars rolls
Josh Goetz scored 16 points and the Mars defense did the rest as the Planets routed Valley on the road 53-25 in high school boys basketball action Friday night.
Owen Nearhoof and Mitch Buzard each pitched in 10 points for Mars (13-2, 7-0), which has now won 21 consecutive section games.
