MIDDLESEX TWP — The Allgreen Eggfest on Saturday will see teams of local caterers and grilling hobbyists compete for the status of “Most Eggcellent Chef.”

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Allgreen, 1165 Pittsburgh Road, which is an authorized dealer of Big Green Egg grills.

Culinary delights including cinnamon rolls, pizza, ribs, pulled pork, chili and deviled eggs will be whipped up by the teams.

Those in attendance can enjoy samples and cooking demonstrations.

Vendors will sell grilling-related gifts and beverages.

A live band will perform throughout the day.
