CENTER TWP — A 46-year-old woman who was found dead last week may have died of natural causes, according to Butler County Coroner William Young III.

Robin Arnold was reportedly found unresponsive about 9 p.m. Friday at the Meadow Brook Apartments in Center Township.

Young said she was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

An autopsy was conducted Saturday but a cause of death was not immediately determined. Toxicology reports are pending and could be available in two or three weeks.

Young said he suspected Arnold died a “natural death.” He said the woman suffered “many health issues.”

A police news release said the woman lived in Chicora but Young noted that she had moved into the Meadow Brook apartment complex about two weeks ago. He said she is survived by three adult children, who all live out of state.

Police are investigating the death. The investigating officer did not return a telephone call Monday.
