CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Christopher Beck, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 26.

Jennifer McClure, 23, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving a vehicle without insurance and without inspection, and failure to stop at a stop sign, filed Nov. 15.

David McIntyre, 36, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, waived to court a charge of stalking filed Nov. 15.

Derek Mrocek, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Nov. 15.

Edward Olyha, 21, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 28.

Bonnie Santomo, 19, of Indiana, Pa., waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, and minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, filed Sept. 27.

Lacie Switzer, 19, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, disregarding traffic lanes and driving without rear lights, filed Nov. 15.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Michael Robert Taylor, 27, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle with a valid inspection.David William Buchta, 39, of Lower Burrell waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with accidents involving death or personal injury, accident involving damage to attended vehicle, failure to stop and give information and/or render aid, failure to notify police of an accident/damage and disregard of a traffic control device.Ryan Craig Murgenovich, 18, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, driving with a suspended license and disregard of traffic lane.Megan Lorraine Donnelly, 19, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Jessica Rae Baca, 20, of Saxonburg waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Dustin T. Ziacik, 22, of Saxonburg waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Herman Leteff, 54, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.James R. Pint, 24, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 31 by the Cranberry Township with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Nathan Kyle Frndak, 25, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $343.50 in fines and court costs. Two other counts were dropped. He was charged Nov. 21 by the Cranberry Township police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Scott H. Fosnaught, 45, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 17 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.Nicole Ashley Baur, 23, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 16 by the Jackson Township police with retail theft.Thomas Rinne, 54, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 31 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.James Dean Sanderson, 21, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 30 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving, failure to use seat belt and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.
